Kayser-Fleischer ring

A characteristic brownish-green ring that appears in the periphery of the cornea, typically associated with Wilson's disease, a genetic disorder that causes copper to accumulate in the body, including the eyes.

Krukenberg spindle

A pigmented line or deposit on the posterior surface of the cornea, usually associated with pigment dispersion syndrome or pigmentary glaucoma, in which pigment particles from the iris rub against the cornea, leading to potential vision loss.
