Visionix and Right MFG Form a Long-Term Strategic Partnership

Visionix, formerly Luneau Technology, and Japan-based Right MFG announced today that they have entered a long-term strategic partnership agreement with the aim of accelerating growth for both companies.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under terms of the agreement, Visionix will become the exclusive partner of Right MFG, and distribute Righton products in Europe, the America’s, and Asia Pacific (excluding Japan and China).

Beginning January 1, 2023, all Righton products will be integrated into the Visionix portfolio and sold under the Visionix brand name. In addition to distribution of the Retinomax handheld autorefractor/keratometer, the companies will co-develop a new range of products for the eye care market.
