Topcon Offers Maestro2 OCT Certification Course

Topcon Healthcare has launched the new Maestro2 OCT Certification Course. All Maestro2 owners have access to this free course right now, which gives technicians the chance to advance their OCT abilities while earning continuing education (CE) credits.

Studies have shown that certified Allied Ophthalmic Professionals (AOP) contribute more than non-certified personnel to the efficiency and quality of care in a practice, according to Topcon. With the help of the new Maestro2 Certification Course, practice owners can give their employees thorough training and offer them the tools they need to grow professionally.

The workshop will teach participants how to use the Maestro2 Robotic OCT + Color Fundus Camera to increase productivity and efficiency. Up to three technicians per clinic can participate in the course.

The course covers a wide range of topics, including how to use the Maestro2 OCT, advice for taking better scans, fundamental anatomy of the retina and optic nerve, and common disorders of the retina and optic nerve. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive 2 IJCAHPO credits.
