Brien Holden Vision Institute Foundation, an Australian not-for-profit organization with an international focus on vision research is contributing to the alleviation of poverty and suffering through a strategic combination of eye care programs.

As a foundation focused on the importance of building local and sustainable systems of eye care, Brien Holden Vision Institute has chosen Bausch + Lomb for the latest partnership. Bausch + Lomb is an affiliate of Bausch Health Companies Inc. and a leading company in the global eye health business.

Brien Holden Vision Institute Foundation with its leading contact lens technologies has especially designed and developed this new novel contact lens to slow the progression of myopia in children. In light of the partnership agreement, Bausch Health has acquired an exclusive license to pair this special lens.

In light of having been seeking solutions to fulfill the unmet needs in the ophthalmic arena by innovating commercially relevant technologies for myopia control in a few decades, Brien Holden Vision Institute Foundation looks forward to helping improve the vision of people with myopia around the world through their use of this contact lens design.

Bausch + Lomb says through this new partnership, they will be able to research potential new treatment options for myopia.
